Excellent work in the modding even you made it to grow Also I suggest to use the new LBT prop pack 3, available at SCD4 LEX and STEX, for now in CSC the download zone is not working.

And just a small point the red texture you used makes contrast to the building, try using a white/grey base texture, please thanks!
