Un usuario de la wiki Nraas (SimAd_NRaas) ha dejado esta lista de los cambios que ha hecho el parche 1.38 a algunos archivos del juego como GameplayData.package, algunos son partes nuevas relacionadas con la expansión CSN o con el PC de la Store (Contenido Premium) pero otros son a configuraciones que afectan al juego base o a las expansiones anteriores.

In JazzData only LocomotionConfig is changed.

Pueden revisar como va twallan con lo de los mods y el nuevo parche en esta página de la wiki Nraas:
