No descarga auto (Solucionado)

pues estoy intentando descargar esto http://es.store.thesims3.com/renault desde la pagina oficial pero le pongo descargar ahora y la descarga nunca inicia
no hace nada, alguien sabe que le pasa? e probado con internet explorer y google crome
tengo el origin actualizado y el juego también así que no se que le pasa
