But I always end up angry , I can understand every stupid word when I read, but if you ask me, I just don't know nothing

I know nothing - nothing con afirmativa
Bueno, eso a veces también pasa. Mucho vocabulario del que lees no tienes ocasión de practicarlo, y pese a que lo entiendes por el contexto de la frase, si no lo practicas no lo "interiorizas", así que parece que no lo sabes y no te viene a la mente a la hora de usarlo.

I've thought about it, "no te creas" (don't know how to say that in English :'D) XDDDDDD but I find "hahaha's" foolish.

Mi marido dice "believe me you!" xD así con entonación marcando bien las tres palabras, de un modo que no puedo transmitir aquí por motivos obvios xD pero vamos, hay varias opciones para expresar lo mismo:

-I've thought about it, trust me
-I've thought about it, believe it or not
-The thought did crossed my mind (aquí sería el did lo que expresaría lo mismo)
-I've thought about it, I'll have you know (bueno, este no es exactamente lo mismo, más bien enfatiza el hecho de que lo has pensado; algo así como "que lo sepas" xD)

uhmmm ahora no se me ocurren más xD creo que yo hubiera elegido la primera (trust me), pero vamos, a gusto del consumidor xD

One of the most difficult things about this language are phrasal verbs, which is a thing that everybody knows. I'm not studying them exactly, but in my academy we're reading and reading texts, and they're a lot of them, and this makes you goes learning these phrasal verbs of a very fast way. But I would want to learning them faster...does someone know any way to do it?

Can anybody tell me the difference between "assure" and "guarantee"? Which one would be correct, "...this swing will assure the safety of your children..." or "...this swing will guarantee the safety of your children..."?

Guarantee es sinónimo de assure en este contexto, ambas son correctas y las encuentras igualmente en las instrucciones (como las de sillas de bebé). Mira estos ejemplos en páginas en inglés:

- de esta página:

Airbags and seat belts exist on your vehicle to help keep you safe and following directions for using them can assure your safety.

- y sin embargo en esta otra página:

Even the safest seat won’t guarantee car safety for children.

En ciertas expresiones sin embargo no es sinónimo: "I assured myself with the thought that all the information I gave her was correct to the best of my knowledge"

Guarantee tampoco se puede sustituir por assure en contextos de economía (por ejemplo, de bancos, avales, etc): "Your regular income cannot guarantee payment of the loan"
